Brian has also worked as a real estate agent for my brother and sister in law when bought their home in Oakville in 2010. My brother and sister-in-law where so happy with him and he became a family friend since then. Brian is easy to work with and provides a great deal of knowledge and focus attention. We needed a larger home and to sell our house in Mississauga area. He took the time to understand our needs and took diligent notes and helped us to shape up our plan considering our budgetary limitations. Brian followed up with homes that fit our needs with additional advise on i.e. interior finishes, close to a reputable schools for the kids, transportation, community center, knowledge city-wide by-law and zoning. He is a master with contract negotiation with attention to details. He helped when we needed handyman for repairs, alternative finance, and home lawyer. I had great experience with all of his referrals and recommendations His creativity in the market campaign and putting the necessary effort if your home requires upgrade and staging, clutter free, design of brochures, news alerts, timing of listing, open house,..etc. which resulted in selling our home in two days with multiple offers and on full asking price and with the desired date of closing.
